Barber chair with custom upholstery and embroidered logo: Takara Belmont in a men’s salon
Barber chairs with custom Upholstery. And the logo embossed in the leather.
At Bader Men’s Salon in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm: herringbone parquet flooring, a wall made of reclaimed wood, steel, a chalkboard, and a straight razor. We supplied Takara Belmont barber chairs—with custom black upholstery, diamond-pattern quilting in light-colored thread, and the salon’s embroidered logo—as well as Takara Belmont Majolica shampoo stations with white basins.

The Salon
Reclaimed wood, steel, chalk.
Tobias Mehr’s Da Bader Men’s Salon is a barbershop in the classic sense: herringbone parquet flooring in dark oak, a wall of reclaimed wood behind the mirrors, steel shelves, the price list written in chalk on a blackboard, and razors in a leather roll. The chairs had to fit this aesthetic—and could not be taken straight out of a catalog.
A men’s salon where the chair is not just a piece of furniture, but a trademark.
Barber chairs
Custom-made Upholstery, with the logo embroidered.
The stations feature Takara Belmont barber chairs: hydraulic, with adjustable backrests, headrests, and the signature Footrest bearing the Belmont logo. The Upholstery is custom-made—black leather with double diamond-pattern quilting in light-colored thread and white piping.
Embroidered into the Backrest: the salon’s logo, a straight razor, and a barber pole. No stickers, no plaques—just thread woven into the leather, for as long as the chair stands.

Stitched diamond by diamond: the custom upholstery transforms the mass-produced chair into a one-of-a-kind piece.
We coordinate custom orders and embroidery with Takara Belmont—including color, pattern, and design.
