The quality of materials, craftsmanship, and proportions can only be fully appreciated in person. We recommend involving clients in a showroom visit from the very beginning—many decisions are made on-site. Based on experience, plan for 1 to 3 hours.

This provides planners with clear procurement channels: one point of contact, one supplier, and no competing offers for the same models. For tenders, we provide model-specific product descriptions upon request that can be directly integrated into your specifications.
Samples for architectural firms — upholstery, surfaces, frame finishes
For material selection during the planning process, we provide physical sample cards upon request: faux leather upholstery in all Karisma standard colors, as well as frame finishes in chrome and various powder coatings. The sample box is suitable for office presentations and client meetings. Alternatively, samples can be viewed directly in the showroom.
Schweinfurt Showroom — Project visits with clients
Our showroom in Grafenrheinfeld near Schweinfurt, located directly on the A71, is designed for visits with clients and builders. Fully furnished Karisma products are on display across approximately 250 square meters—ranging from Wash unit stations and Salon chairs to reception desks and styling mirrors. Many planning decisions are made during a visit to the showroom. We recommend involving clients early on. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment.
Installation and delivery — full service
We deliver and install nationwide, as well as in Austria and Switzerland. The process is simple: You select your items in the showroom or from the catalog; we handle delivery and, upon request, installation as well. You choose, we deliver—and upon request, we’ll install it for you.
