We strive to keep dimensions and information as up-to-date as possible. However, if a specific dimension is extremely important to you, please feel free to contact us. We will check with the manufacturer specifically regarding that detail.
The colors of the upholstery shown may vary. This depends heavily on your device’s settings. We always recommend requesting a complete color chart, as this is the best way to find your exact desired color! We’d be happy to send you a color chart to ensure you make the right choice.
Please note when selecting colors that upholstery from any manufacturer cannot be protected against all types of staining. (In particular, jeans and hair dye can leave permanent stains.)

Otherwise, please allow for a delivery time of approximately 6 WEEKS. Delivery will always be coordinated with you. In the event of a delay at your construction site, we can store your goods at our facility free of charge.
Shipping time, including production time (Europe-wide), is typically 4–6 weeks after receipt of order/payment.
Exceptions during vacation season:
Manufacturers’ vacation periods are in August and December. Please allow for a 2–4 week longer delivery time during these periods!

A wide selection of items is in stock in Europe in black and brown. All other colors are shipped from Japan upon order.

THE ORIGINAL
Cosmolore shampoo chair—the original. Since its market debut, the shampoo chair has caused a sensation! The design described by tondolore, featuring an easily accessible interior—for example, to quickly turn off the water in an emergency—has already proven its worth in practice with the Cosmolore shampoo station.
A back massage feature and an electrically swiveling leg rest are available as options. The cosmolore wash chair is available with either a black or white basin—in standard XL size for long hair, or in XXL size for extra-long hair.
Now also available in a height-adjustable version for the single chairs.
New innovation through customization for the stylist. Electric height adjustment of up to 14 cm enables ergonomic and varied work. The height adjustment can be conveniently controlled via a foot panel. Also available as a Bluetooth version upon request.

We offer various financing options for your hair salon:
- Amounts up to 8,000.00 euros – 50% down payment + shipping costs – remaining balance in 6 monthly installments – advertised discounts do not apply
- PayPal amounts up to 5,000.00 euros – This feature will be displayed in your PayPal account if available. This is an offer from PayPal
- Installment plan: 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments (upon request, subject to credit check)
