We strive to keep dimensions and information as up-to-date as possible. However, if a specific dimension is extremely important to you, please feel free to contact us. We will check with the manufacturer specifically regarding that detail.

The colors of the upholstery shown may vary. This depends heavily on your device’s settings. We always recommend requesting a complete color chart, as this is the best way to find your exact desired color! We’d be happy to send you a color chart to ensure you make the right choice.

Please note when selecting colors that upholstery from any manufacturer cannot be protected against all types of staining. (In particular, jeans and hair dye can leave permanent stains.)

Otherwise, please allow for a delivery time of approximately 6 WEEKS. Delivery will always be coordinated with you. In the event of a delay at your construction site, we can store your goods at our facility free of charge.

Shipping time, including production time (Europe-wide), is typically 4–6 weeks after receipt of order/payment.

Exceptions during vacation season:

Manufacturers’ vacation periods are in August and December. Please allow for a 2–4 week longer delivery time during these periods!

A wide selection of items is in stock in Europe in black and brown. All other colors are shipped from Japan upon order.

    Can you deliver the goods to me?

    YES, standard delivery is worldwide to the curb.

    What does “lockable” pump mean?

    "Lockable" means that you can lock the chair in place.

    As a result, the chair can no longer swivel.
